Microsoft have announced a new feature where it is possible to access internal URLs from outside of the corporate network!
This new extension can recognise requests for URLs that are noted as internal and automatically redirect the users to the external URL which means they can now access exactly what they need.
All you need to do is make sure that your app is published using Azure AD Application Proxy!
