We recently received a request from a customer with issues related to the Lync App Usage on an apple device, however from research it seems that this is spread to all mobile clients for Lync 2013.

It seems that the latest stream of updates for Lync Server 2013 introduces KB308035 that seems to cause a whole host of issues with the key error showing up in Event viewer on the front End as:

WebHost failed to process a request.

The simple fix for this issue is to go straight ahead and uninstall the KB308035 update and give the Front End Servers a quick reboot.
